Non viene applicato NESSUN altro supplemento. Per i gatti iscritti, che risulteranno assenti all’esposizione, è comunque dovuto il pagamento della tassa di iscrizione, salvo venga data disdetta scritta, inviata per e-mail entro il 31/07/2023.
PRESCRIZIONI VETERINARIE: Tutti i gatti devono essere immunizzati con vaccino trivalente; i gatti non provenienti dalla Svizzera devono essere vaccinati contro la rabbia (certificato di vaccinazione datato da almeno 22 giorni e non oltre la data di scadenza). Vi ricordiamo inoltre che, per poter rientrare nei paesi UE (Italia compresa) dalla Svizzera, è necessario che il gatto abbia il Passaporto Europeo.
AVVERTENZE: Si raccomanda il rigoroso rispetto degli orari previsti dal programma. Con l’iscrizione, l’espositore riconosce l’autorità dell’ACEF ed i suoi regolamenti circa lo svolgimento e l’andamento dell’esposizione. Il Comitato Organizzatore ha la facoltà di sostituire quei Giudici che fossero impossibilitati ad intervenire all’esposizione con altri di sua scelta. La partecipazione all’esposizione avviene a proprio rischio e pericolo. I gatti in esposizione non potranno essere lasciati nelle gabbie dopo la chiusura dell’esposizione. Ogni espositore è responsabile dei gatti propri o a lui affidati ed è tenuto alla loro assistenza. Non è consentita l’uscita dei gatti dalle gabbie durante la visita del pubblico, se non per recarsi al giudizio od alle premiazioni; i gatti dovranno essere presenti per tutta la durata dell’esposizione, pena l’annullamento dei titoli e dei premi.

SULLE RAZZE NON ACCETTATE NELLE . ESPOSIZIONI FELINE IN SVIZZERA
Divieto di esporre gatti con caratteristiche di aggravio dovute all'allevamento I gatti allevati in base a obiettivi di allevamento non ammessi o il cui allevamento sia vietato non possono essere esposti. Un obiettivo di allevamento non ammesso è dimostrato dal fatto che l'esemplare soffre di limitazioni delle funzioni corporee e/o della percezione sensoriale o presenta differenze rispetto al comportamento tipico della specie (cfr. art. 25 cpv. 2 OPAn e all. 1 e 2 dell'ordinanza dell'USAV sulla protezione degli animali nell'allevamento (OPAnA)). E vietato l'allevamento di animali che potrebbe privare questi ultimi a livello ereditario di parti del corpo o di organi o comportare malformazioni che causerebbero loro dolori, sofferenze o lesioni e l'allevamento di animali che presentano un comportamento diverso da quello tipico della specie e che potrebbe
rendere difficile o addirittura impossibile la vita con i conspecifici (cfr. art. 25 cpv. 3 OPAn). Nelle seguenti razze e forme di allevamento possono verificarsi aggravi dovuti all'allevamento. Gli
individui con le caratteristiche e i sintomi elencati non possono quindi essere esposti: • esemplari di gatto brachicefalo delle razze seguenti: Persiano, Exotic Shorthair, British Shorthair e gatto burmese che mostrano segni di lacrimazione cronica o difficoltà respiratorie
(cfr. all. 2 n. 2.1 OPAnA); • Sphynx e altri gatti nudi, Devon Rex e altri gatti Rex nonché altri esemplari con vibrisse
atrofizzate o assenti (cfr. all. 2 n. 4.3 OPAnA); gatti bianchi o prevalentemente bianchi con occhi azzurri, arancioni o verdi di diverse razze fra cui Foreign White, Turco Van, gatto d'Angora Turco e Persiano, la cui capacità auditiva non può essere attestata da un certificato veterinario (cfr. all. 2 n. 4.2 OPAnA);
gatti originari della Scozia (Scottish Fold, Highland Fold, Scottish Straight, Highland Straight) e animali nati da incroci (Rex Fold) a meno che un certificato veterinario in corso di validità non confermi che non vi siano difetti cartilaginei o ossei che causano dolore (cfr. art. 25
cpv. 2 OPAn, art. 9 lett. c n. 3 e all. 2 n. 1.1 OPAnA). L'allevamento di gatti con parti del corpo mancanti o con malformazioni è vietato se il benessere degli animali ne è gravemente compromesso (cfr. art. 25 cpv. 3 lett. a OPAn). Pertanto tutti gli esemplari
delle seguenti razze sono soggetti al divieto di esposizione:
•
• gatto dell'isola di Man e Cymric: a causa della coda mancante o accorciata, questi animali
soffrono spesso di disturbi di coordinazione o motori (cfr. all. 2 n. 5.1 OPAnA); Bobtail giapponese e Kurilian Bobtail: la coda rimodellata porta a una maggiore sensibilità al
dolore in questa zona (cfr. all. 2 n. 1.1 OPAnA); gatto bassotto (gatto Munchkin) e gatto canguro Squitten): gli arti deformati impediscono una
locomozione adeguata alla specie (cfr. art. 9 lett. c n. 3, art. 10 lett. d e all. 2 n. 1.1 OPAnA)

ABOUT THE BREEDS NOT ACCEPTED IN THE . FELINE SHOWS IN SWITZERLAND
Ban on exhibiting cats with aggravating characteristics due to breeding Cats that have been bred for breeding purposes that are not permitted or that are prohibited from breeding may not be exhibited. An impermissible breeding goal is evidenced by the fact that the specimen suffers from limitations in bodily functions and/or sensory perception or differs from the species-typical behavior (cf. art. 25 para. 2 OPAn and annex 1 and 2 of the FSVO Ordinance on the Protection of Livestock Animals (OPAnA)). The breeding of animals which could hereditarily deprive them of parts of the body or organs or lead to malformations which would cause them pain, suffering or injury is prohibited, as well as the breeding of animals which display a behavior different from that typical of the species and that could
make life with conspecifics difficult or even impossible (cf. art. 25 para. 3 OPAn). In the following breeds and forms of breeding, strains can occur due to breeding. The
individuals with the characteristics and symptoms listed cannot therefore be exposed: • specimens of brachycephalic cats of the following breeds: Persian, Exotic Shorthair, British Shorthair and Burmese cat showing signs of chronic tearing or breathing difficulties
(see annex 2 no. 2.1 OPAnA); • Sphynx and other hairless cats, Devon Rex and other Rex cats as well as other specimens with whiskers
atrophied or absent (cf. annex 2 n. 4.3 OPAnA); white or predominantly white cats with blue, orange or green eyes of various breeds including Foreign White, Turkish Van, Turkish Angora and Persian cats, whose hearing ability cannot be attested by a veterinary certificate (cf. annex 2 n 4.2 OPAnA);
cats originating in Scotland (Scottish Fold, Highland Fold, Scottish Straight, Highland Straight) and animals born from crossbreeds (Rex Fold) unless a valid veterinary certificate confirms that there are no cartilage or bone defects causing pain ( see art. 25
para. 2 OPAn, art. 9 lett. c no. 3 and annex 2 no. 1.1 OPAnA). The breeding of cats with missing body parts or with malformations is prohibited if the welfare of the animals is seriously compromised (cf. Art. 25 para. 3 let. a OPAn). Therefore all specimens
of the following breeds are subject to the exhibition ban:

• Isle of Man cat and Cymric: due to missing or shortened tails, these animals
often suffer from coordination or movement disorders (cf. annex 2 n. 5.1 OPAnA); Japanese Bobtail and Kurilian Bobtail: Reshaped tail leads to increased sensitivity to
pain in this area (cf. annex 2 n. 1.1 OPAnA); dachshund cat (Munchkin cat) and kangaroo cat Squitten): deformed limbs prevent a
locomotion appropriate to the species (cf. art. 9 letter c n. 3, art. 10 letter d and annex 2 n. 1.1 OPAnA).

Interdiction d'exposer des chats présentant des caractéristiques aggravantes dues à l'élevage Les chats élevés à des fins d'élevage non autorisés ou interdits d'élevage ne peuvent pas être exposés. Un objectif de reproduction non autorisé est mis en évidence par le fait que le spécimen souffre de limitations des fonctions corporelles et/ou de la perception sensorielle ou diffère du comportement typique de l'espèce (cf. art. 25 al. 2 OPAn et annexes 1 et 2 de l'ordonnance de l'OSAV relative à la protection des animaux d'élevage (OPAnA)). L'élevage d'animaux qui pourraient les priver héréditairement de parties du corps ou d'organes ou entraîner des malformations qui leur causeraient des douleurs, des souffrances ou des blessures est interdit, ainsi que l'élevage d'animaux qui manifestent un comportement différent de celui typique de l'espèce. et cela pourrait
rendre la vie avec des congénères difficile voire impossible (cf. art. 25 al. 3 OPAn). Dans les races et formes d'élevage suivantes, des souches peuvent survenir en raison de l'élevage. Le
les personnes présentant les caractéristiques et les symptômes listés ne peuvent donc pas être exposées : • spécimens de chats brachycéphales des races suivantes : Persan, Exotic Shorthair, British Shorthair et Burmese chat présentant des signes de larmoiements chroniques ou des difficultés respiratoires
(voir annexe 2 n° 2.1 OPAnA) ; • Sphynx et autres chats sans poils, Devon Rex et autres chats Rex ainsi que d'autres spécimens à moustaches
atrophié ou absent (cf. annexe 2 n. 4.3 OPAnA) ; les chats blancs ou à prédominance blanche aux yeux bleus, orange ou verts de différentes races dont Blanc étranger, Van turc, Angora turc et Chat persan, dont l'audition ne peut être attestée par un certificat vétérinaire (cf. annexe 2 n 4.2 OPAnA) ;
les chats originaires d'Ecosse (Scottish Fold, Highland Fold, Scottish Straight, Highland Straight) et les animaux nés de croisements (Rex Fold) sauf si un certificat vétérinaire valide atteste qu'il n'y a pas de défauts cartilagineux ou osseux provoquant des douleurs (voir art. 25
para. 2 OPAn, art. 9 let. c non. 3 et annexe 2 non. 1.1 OPANA). L'élevage de chats avec des parties du corps manquantes ou avec des malformations est interdit si le bien-être des animaux est gravement compromis (cf. art. 25 al. 3 let. a OPAn). Donc tous les spécimens
des races suivantes sont soumises à l'interdiction d'exposition :
•
• Chat de l'île de Man et Cymric : en raison de queues manquantes ou raccourcies, ces animaux
souffrent souvent de troubles de la coordination ou des mouvements (cf. annexe 2 n. 5.1 OPAnA) ; Bobtail japonais et Bobtail des Kuriliens : la queue remodelée entraîne une sensibilité accrue à
douleur dans cette zone (cf. annexe 2 n. 1.1 OPAnA) ; chat teckel (chat Munchkin) et chat kangourou Squitten) : les membres déformés empêchent une
locomotion appropriée à l'espèce (cf. art. 9 lettre c n. 3, art. 10 lettre d et annexe 2 n. 1.1 OPAnA).

ÜBER DIE RASSEN, DIE IN DER . KATZENAUSSTELLUNGEN IN DER SCHWEIZ
Ausstellungsverbot für Katzen mit erschwerenden Merkmalen aufgrund der Zucht Zuchtkatzen, die zu Zuchtzwecken gezüchtet wurden und die nicht zugelassen sind oder denen die Zucht untersagt ist, dürfen nicht ausgestellt werden. Ein unzulässiges Zuchtziel wird dadurch belegt, dass das Exemplar Einschränkungen der Körperfunktionen und/oder der Sinneswahrnehmung aufweist oder vom arttypischen Verhalten abweicht (vgl. Art. 25 Abs. 2 OPAn und Anhang 1 und 2 der BLV-Verordnung). zum Schutz von Nutztieren (OPAnA)). Die Zucht von Tieren, die ihnen erblicherweise Körperteile oder Organe entziehen oder zu Fehlbildungen führen könnten, die ihnen Schmerzen, Leiden oder Verletzungen zufügen würden, ist ebenso verboten wie die Zucht von Tieren, die ein artfremdes Verhalten zeigen und das könnte
das Leben mit Artgenossen erschweren oder unmöglich machen (vgl. Art. 25 Abs. 3 OPAn). Bei folgenden Rassen und Zuchtformen können zuchtbedingte Belastungen auftreten. Der
Personen mit den aufgeführten Merkmalen und Symptomen können daher nicht exponiert werden: • Exemplare von brachyzephalen Katzen der folgenden Rassen: Perserkatze, Exotic Shorthair, British Shorthair und Burma-Katze mit Anzeichen von chronischem Reißen oder Atembeschwerden
(siehe Anlage 2 Nr. 2.1 OPAnG); • Sphynx und andere haarlose Katzen, Devon Rex und andere Rex-Katzen sowie andere Exemplare mit Schnurrhaaren
atrophiert oder fehlend (vgl. Anhang 2 Nr. 4.3 OPAnA); weiße oder überwiegend weiße Katzen mit blauen, orangefarbenen oder grünen Augen verschiedener Rassen einschließlich Foreign White, Türkisch Van, Türkisch Angora und Perserkatzen, deren Hörfähigkeit nicht durch ein tierärztliches Attest bescheinigt werden kann (vgl. Anlage 2 Nr. 4.2 OPAnA);
Katzen mit Ursprung in Schottland (Scottish Fold, Highland Fold, Scottish Straight, Highland Straight) und aus Kreuzungen geborene Tiere (Rex Fold), es sei denn, ein gültiges tierärztliches Attest bestätigt, dass keine Knorpel- oder Knochendefekte Schmerzen verursachen (siehe Art. 25
Abs. 2 OPAn, Art.-Nr. 9 let. c nr. 3 und Anhang 2 nr. 1.1 OPAnA). Die Zucht von Katzen mit fehlenden Körperteilen oder mit Missbildungen ist verboten, wenn das Wohl der Tiere ernsthaft gefährdet ist (vgl. Art. 25 Abs. 3 Bst. a OPAn). Daher alle Exemplare
Folgende Rassen unterliegen dem Ausstellungsverbot:

• Isle of Man-Katze und Cymric: Aufgrund fehlender oder verkürzter Schwänze sind diese Tiere
leiden häufig an Koordinations- oder Bewegungsstörungen (vgl. Anhang 2 Nr. 5.1 OPAnA); Japanese Bobtail und Kurilian Bobtail: Umgeformter Schwanz führt zu erhöhter Empfindlichkeit gegenüber
Schmerzen in diesem Bereich (vgl. Anhang 2 Nr. 1.1 OPAnA); Dackelkatze (Munchkin-Katze) und Känguru-Katze Squitten: Deformierte Gliedmaßen verhindern a
artgerechte Fortbewegung (vgl. Art. 9 Bst. c Ziff. 3, Art. 10 Bst. d und Anhang 2 Ziff. 1.1 BAG).
